Refund policy

Nightshade Cauldron Return & Exchange Policy:

 

At Nightshade Cauldron, we take pride in the "magic" we craft. Because many of our items are custom-made, 3D-printed, or personalized to your specifications, we have specific guidelines for returns.

 

1. Custom & Personalized Items

 

Due to the nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

 

  • Custom Laser Engraving/Etching (Items with names, dates, or specific logos).

 

  • 3D Printed Commissions (Items printed in specific colors or sizes requested by the customer).

 

  • Personalized Apparel (HTV, Sublimation, or DTF projects).

 

  • Custom Resin Work (Specific color pours or encapsulated items).

 

2. Non-Custom Items

 

For "Ready to Ship" or non-personalized items (such as standard vinyl decals or pre-made 3D models):

 

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.

 

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrived with a crack or a defect:

 

  • Please contact us at sales@nightshadecauldron.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage (including the packaging).

 

  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

4. Cancellations

 

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

 

  • Custom Commissions: Once the 3D printing, engraving, or resin pour process has begun, we cannot accept cancellations.

 

5. How to Start a Return

 

To begin a return for a non-custom item, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
